Privacy
Short version: I only collect what I need to reply to your enquiry, quote your event, and send you the contract. I never share, sell, or rent it to anyone.
What I collect
When you fill in the booking form, I store your name, email, phone (if you give it), event type, service required, event date, venue, and the message you wrote me. That's the lot.
Why
Because if you ask me to DJ your wedding I need to know who you are, where you are, and what date — otherwise I'm just shouting into the void.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don't turn into bookings: deleted after 6 months.
- Bookings: kept for 6 years (HMRC's rule, not mine).
- Email correspondence: archived alongside the booking.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Show you what I've got on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete the lot (assuming you're not mid-booking)
Email hello@jamiealcock.com with the subject line "Data request" and I'll sort it within 30 days.
Cookies
A handful — nothing tracking-heavy. The "Cookies" link in the footer opens the consent panel where you can flip them on or off.
Hosting & analytics
This site runs on a server in the UK. Analytics — if enabled — are first-party, not Google. No data leaves the server.
